Great pair of instructors teaching the best sport in the world! There are countless mental and physical benefits to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu that are not apparent in any other sport. You use strength and flexibility in every part of the body (including the neck) all while training your heart and mind to stay calm under pressure. I’ve started a few months ago and I’m sure to never leave the life-changing martial art that is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Incredible place 👍.

I moved recently and had to find a new gym but while I was training here everyone was super helpful, professor Ed is a very good instructor and very knowledgeable. Everyone training there was welcoming to all levels beginners to their black belts everyone was great. Couldn’t recommend them enough top notch gym.

The teachers are patient while maintaining appropriate discipline to keep the kids focused, translating to valuable skills for school. I started about 6 months ago and it's amazing what I can do now! Doing things I never thought possible. Getting fit and professors here are so patient and make sure that the atmosphere is friendly and encouraging. If you want a great workout and learn some good self-defense, this is the gym for you! You can also come as often as you like so that's a plus. If you want to get in shape and learn what you can do... This is the place for you!
